We can say that in general the climatic conditions necessary for the cultivation of the various strains are variable.
oyster mushroom: From 13-16°C for winter strains to 16-25°C for spring-autumn varieties, with an optimum growth of 16-18°C. Optimal humidity is 80-85% with constant air exchange during mushroom growth.
For the genre Agrocybe instead the ideal conditions foresee 18°C and constant humidity 85-98%.
